Moderate Assist

Includes Basic Care Level Service

  • Assistance with dressing, bathing and showering
  • Personal grooming assistance
  • Escort as required
  • Repeated cuing and reminders

Maximum Assist

Includes Moderate Assist Care Level Service

  • Full assistance with dressing, bathing and showering
  • Personal assistance for shaving, brushing hair/teeth
  • Escort assistance
